Unfortunately, by mistake LCA stating dates from 07/31/2007 to 07/30/2010.
but I am only qualify upto 06/30/2010 as per 6 year H1B limit.
Atty, told me that 1-129 going to file upto 06/30/2010.
Is it o.k.

Hello,
My original H1B visa was issued to me on Oct 1st, 2010 and is valid till Sep 30th 2010.
I got a new job in 2009 and they applied for my H1 transfer. It was approved and the new dates on the new I797 are 10/01/2009 till 09/17/2012. I went to India after that and when I returned, I got a new I-94 off course which was stamped to be valid until Sep 30th 2010.
Now I am nearing the end of my original H1B visa issued by my previous employer and stamped on my passport this coming October. I am also planning to go to India in this coming June. Will I will have to get my visa renewal stamping done this time if I go to India? Will I need a new H1B stamp on my passport from my new employer on my passport to come back?
I really appreciate any words of wisdom from all you learned people on this forum. Thanks in advance!

You probably have to get your passport stamped for visa renewal.

I am on H1, have filed Labor on 10/30/2009 (awaiting decision) and still have 2 months to go before my 6th year of H1 starts.
Now, i have plans for higher studies, but since i am a consultant/contractor and my projects are all over the US, I am planning to go full time (early 2011) either in US or outside.
I checked with a friend if I should go full time in US and he told me that since i have filed Labor, i have shown 'immigration-intent' and therefore my F1/student visa request will be denied, since F1/student visa is a non-immigrant visa.
Now my question to this forum of lawyers is, Is the above true for F1? Also, if it is true and due to that, if i plan to study outside USA and after my studies (which keep me out of US for more than an year) want to come back and work in USA, will my request for an H1 also be denied due to the same 'immigration-intent' i showed in my Labor process earlier, since H1 is again a non-immigrant visa?

At embassy/consulate, for visa stamping, you should keep it as they may like to verify. It is not mandatory but good to have.

You can use RichTextBox for inlining hyperlinks. It is available in WPF and Silverlight 4 projects. Your hyperlink can even be a path to a file :)

Kelly Rowland headed to hotI had applied for the extension of my parents in laws' stay online (I -539 form thro� USCIS E-FILE). Throughout the entire process of the application, I was not asked to turn in any documents. After submitting the form, I had called the USCIS to find out the list of documents that I needed to send. I was told then that during the processing of the application, if the USCIS needed any supporting documents, they will ask for it. I did not get any notification regarding the same in the last two months since the application was filed. However, I got a letter denying the extension. The reason stated was that I had not provided any supporting documents (that their stay was temporary, that they have enough funds, that they have reason to return back to India etc.). Is there any step that I could take to reverse this decision? I have all the supporting docs ready, and can send it to them immediately. I didn't send them earlier because I was specifically asked to wait for further instructions regarding the same. Can they change their decision if I provided all the documents? Any kind of help from anyone who has gone thru a similar situation or has had any such experience would be highly appreciated.

Brief History: I am working for a Food Processing company (A) in R&D. Company A was my sponsor for GC. I have been on EAD since Oct 2007 (filed 485 during July-Aug 2007 time period) :) . My I-140 was approved Jan 2007. My GC application was started in Apr 2006 - Perm process. Also, i still have my H1B(Extension) valid until Apr 2010. Company A uses a consulting firm for roughly about 25 - 35% of R&D projects.
Reason to change: I believe this opportunity will have a significant change/growth to my career.
Questions: :confused: Can i change my job to the consulting firm using EAD? What are the consequences i should expect from USCIS? Does the Consulting company have to get involved with any Immigration fillings?
If i decide to work for the consulting firm, i will still be doing the same job for Company A but as a consultant + I will have additional projects with other Food Processing companies. I think labor application job description won't change (Company A to Consulting Firm) and this is where i struggle to understand the rules. Need your thoughts and Advice.
